What Is the Hive Community?
The Hive Community is an international, nature-inspired retirement and micro-housing community based in the cool-climate regions of the Philippines.
It is designed around:

Funding & Purpose
The Hive Community was conceived and funded by Tom Coghill as a proactive response to global economic disruption driven by rapid advances in artificial intelligence and robotics.
As automation replaces millions of jobs worldwide, traditional economic models are under increasing strain. The Hive offers a ground-up, community-level solution — creating resilient local economies through:
