Do not through garbage, its an insult to residents, staff, the property owner and the nation. Throwing garbage shows u you are lazy, disorganize and have no respect for the land or the people that you are forcing to clean your garbage. Plastic takes thousands of years to decompose. If you turn our beautiful community into a garbage dump you out. Getting caught you get one warning after that a one week ban if you get back in.
Noise
The building are not sound proof, if your loud every one close is being force to listen to you. Peace is valuable. During events we want clear and produced sound. Karaoke using the sound system is not permitted, we sing as a group.
Work
Lazy people do not change history, A massive vision of the Hive Community as a Safety Net for the Philippines nation require massive effort planning over many years, being efficient and effect at getting the priority work done. We and not a free restaurant and vacation center.
Donations
Hive Community does not loan, or give money. We use what we have to build the future.
Composting
We compost, and we work at composting.
Fire
Many have asthma and lung sensitivities. Open fires need permission, distance from people and, water to put it out when finished.
Fried food
Frying is not permitted. Frying food with processed oil is proven to be more carcinogenic than smoking cigarettes. Hive promotes health and works towards the health of residents and frying with processed oil is like smoking 5 packs of cigarettes. A quick internet search will show the evidence this is true. Slow heating with fish oil, coconut oil or butter is healthy, Add a small amount of water controls the heat, If its smoking, your burning oil.
