Humanoid robots will be massproduces in the millions per month, just like cellphones. Human labor will lose economic value to corperations. Microeconomic model reveals that over the next two to three years, 50% to 55% of jobs in the US will be replaced by an AI workforce
We are witnessing the death of capitalism, as without a job and income there is no money to pay tax or buy goods. The system grinds to a painful halt.
Solutions
There is only one practical achievable solution and that is cummunal living and a resouce sharing econnomy stuctured around the baragay, The Hive Community project is an attempt, to create a prototype for such a system, a testbed of ideas and collaberations to create a replicatable, system that can be adopted by the baranguy in a step by step process of implimnetation.
Simply put, the people of the Phillipines are generous by nature and sharing is part of their DNA. Communal living is an expansion of that generousity to support large populations of displaces people. This is Baranguy 2.0. As mass unemployment increases, cities will fail, the children are coming back to the provinces.
When employment no longer offers stability or enough to money to maintain the needs of employment, such as tranport, an apt and food, due to extreme inflation and loss of work opertunities, and a university degree no longer give a gaurentue of future employment, the fabric of a society based on consumerism will collapse, and like the imact of covid this is not short and recoverable in a few years, this is a historic restucturing of capitalism and all social stuctures.
A community-0based shared resouce economy is the will be only safe harbor, for the approaching economic storm. The Hive Community is a test bed for ideas, and process.
